All cygrass products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and quality issues.
What Is Covered

- Damage from natural disasters, fire, or extreme conditions
- Modifications or alterations made after purchase
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at cygrass@cyscratia.net with your order number and photos of the issue.
Step 2: Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days and may request additional information.
Step 3: Once approved, we will arrange for replacement or repair as applicable.
